Remember

hey guys, i finally looked back at my blog and read the very first reponse from curt. and it really reminded me, there are so many ways to serve God, here goes it.

Thanks Lord for all my friends, they're always there for me. their love is truly likes yours. from what i see, it is unconditional. Lord you provided me so much. although u take away, you've blessed me with so much more.

Guys, just wanted to tell u. Jesus Christ died for us 2000 years ago, and its not our job to do anything about it. if u are Christian, then that means youve accepted the gift given to you before your birth. for everyone, your salvation coudlnt have been earned, it was given to you a long time ago. for those who havent accepted it yet, go and take it, cause theres no cost. for those who have accepted it, heres a reminder. did you accept it cause You Loved Christ? Christ loves you very much. its unconditional. its not our duty to do "deeds" or "acts of kindness". it is out of our own love for him that we will show these fruits of salvation. if God asks you to do something, dont do it cause you owe him, do it cause you love him, and from there, your "works" for him will be a joy. a favor is out of love, not cause its our job. if you are doing works because its a job, ill tell you the truth, they are meaningless. you may cast demons out in his name, and give to the poor, but if ur doing it cause u "have to" then you arnt doing anything at all. i promise you, he will say "i dont know you" he will say that in ur face in front of the world. guys, stop if you are, doing things from force. if u need help doing it out of love, you need help.

heres a tip that i used recently. God called me to do somthing, when he told me to do it, i hoesntly just said, no, i wont, im not ur guy, and this isnt the time or place to. but God didnt stop, he just kept asking me to do this favor for Him. so then i looked down, and i saw the necklace i was wearing. it had a cross on it. when i saw that, i remebered that Jesus died for me, he didnt just die, he tortured himself. i remeber when i saw the passion, i looked at peter and thought, what the heck. why is this guy so scared, why dose he deny Christ? and i had this crazy psycological rant in my head getting pissed off at peter. but at that time, when God was asking me to do such a small favor, it was me running away denying Christ. in my head i was thinking, well the reason im not doing it is valid, and Jesus might not even be asking this of me, maybe its just me. and above all i thought, im not denying Christ when i do this. but i was, i was saying, Jesus, im gonna do it my way not urs. but after i remebered the cross and the love that He gives, i surrendered, and i did what He asked me to do.
